Submission Policies

Two types of paper are acceptable for the conference. First type of regular paper manuscripts are suggested to be no more than 6 pages in total length. Second type pf high quality one-page Presentation-only position papers are also welcomed. Papers submitted should be written in English. All submissions must be prepared electronically in PDF format via the conference website. The official language of the conference is English. All the accepted regular papers would be officially submitted to IEEE Xplore® and be EI-indexed, while the accepted position papers would be ONLY included in the conference proceeding.

  • Authors are expected to present their papers and share their ideas at the event. If authors are unable to attend the conference and present their papers, they should contact the Program Chair as soon as possible so that substitute arrangements can be made.
  • To encourage attendance, IEEE recommends that conferences exclude or limit the distribution of any paper that was not presented at the conference. “IEEE reserves the right to exclude a paper from distribution after the conference, including IEEE Xplore® Digital Library, if the paper is not presented by the author at the conference.”

Special Sessions constitute a vital component of the CACS technical program, providing a focused platform for in-depth discussion on emerging research topics, novel methodologies, interdisciplinary themes, and advanced industrial applications. In light of your recognized expertise and contributions to the research community, we sincerely believe that a Special Session organized under your leadership would greatly enrich the academic quality and global impact of CACS 2026.

Each Special Session is expected to include 5-6 papers, and the proposal should contain:

    • The title of the Special Session

    • The names and affiliations of the session organizer(s)

    • A brief description and motivation outlining the session’s theme and significance (100-200 words)

For preliminary planning purposes, we kindly invite prospective organizers to first complete a short Google Form to provide basic information about the proposed Special Session {e.g., session title, organizers, and a brief description (topic scope) }. This will help the Organizing Committee better coordinate the technical program and provide timely assistance if needed.
