Please note that all accepted papers, including both Full Papers and One-Page Papers, must be covered by at least one Regular Registration.
• Full Paper: A Full Paper must be covered by at least one Regular Registration. Following the final review and publication process, eligible Full Papers may be included in the IEEE Xplore Digital Library, subject to IEEE publication requirements and final approval.
• One-Page Paper: A One-Page Paper must also be covered by at least one Regular Registration. However, One-Page Papers will not be included in the IEEE Xplore Digital Library.
• Student Registration: Student Registration cannot be used to cover an accepted paper for conference publication and cannot replace the required Regular Registration.
Therefore, regardless of whether the accepted paper is a Full Paper or a One-Page Paper, at least one Regular Registration is required for each paper.
